Croatia, the Republic of Croatia officially, is a country in Central
Europe and South eastern Europe located at the crossroads of the
Pannonian Plain, the Balkans and the Adriatic Sea. The Krka River is the
most known for it is a national park in itself since it runs through a
canyon and forms lakes, waterfalls and rapids as is cuts its way to the
sea. Other famous places include Istria, Zagreb, Porec, Rovinj, The
Brijuni Archipelago, Pula, Kvaerner, Opatija, Split and Dubrovnik.
